Job Description

  • Develop new and revised recipes.

  • Determine and measure cooking ingredients.

  • Ensure that the raw materials for the R&D process, PS Training, Photoshoot, etc are complete.

  • Prepare food test (Sample, R&D, Big Batch R&D, Transfer Knowledge, Sensory, etc)

  • Prepare and assist the product photoshoot process

  • Provide a review of the recipe and method of serving recorded by the Cook Helper to be submitted to the Recipe Specialist

  • Approve and provide data for the manufacture of SOPs which are then submitted to the R&D Admin.

  • Transfer knowledge to Central Kitchen and Product Specialist

  • Conducting sensory QC for CK products (R&D Big Batch, Transfer Knowledge, Production, etc.)

  • Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Cullinary Art/Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent

  • At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related fields (Sous Chef Level)

  • Strong skill in menu development & costing

  • Excellent communication & training skills

  • Keep up with the cooking trends, creative & innovative

  • Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang
