Job Description

Carry out internal audit activities, namely GMP for all company outlets

Carry out external audit activities, namely partners/suppliers
-
Conduct an audit of assessment activities before opening a new outlet
-
Carry out audit checks if needed
-
Scheduling audit activities for the following month
-
Document all audit checklists in the central depository which can be checked at any time
-
Coordinate and follow up all departments in audit activities, both internal and external
-
Report immediately to the Head of QA and management if there are critical audit findings
Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent from reputable university

At least 1 Year of working experience in the related position

Having knowledge in Food & Beverages Preparation, Food Sensory Evaluation, Food Safety, Kitchen Equipment & Utilities Operation, Quality

Assurance Management, Document Management System, Auditing and Plant Operational & Process
-
Ability to work in a fast moving environment company

Willing to work mobile
