Job Description

Periodically update data Organizational Development (OD), such as job description, employee data and position, and organization structure.

Manage data and monitoring the development of Young Leaders Development Program, including monitoring mentoring sessions.

Running and monitoring employee movement in the company.

Carry out the process of collecting employee performance appraisals.

Run and maintain employee data administration processes in company system.
-
Running the administrative process of employees resigning.
-
Assist the C&B team in the administrative process of some employee benefits.

Assist in developing and administering job slotting and workload analysis.
-
Help develop and monitor the implementation of talent development, including monitoring career path and competency tracking.
Job Requirements

Master Degree of Psychology
-
At least 2 years of working experience in the related position

Good communication, attention to detail and strong analytical skill

Able to work in a fast moving company culture
