Job Description

Manage the operations of all Yummykitchen outlet business units in all locations

Responsible for opening out-of-town outlets and monitoring the progress of new outlets

As a liaison and coordinating with all departments for special projects

Matrix monitoring, customer complaints, PnL, COGS, waste
-
Manpower planning and scheduling
-
Monitoring KPI outlet performance, inventory reports, cleanliness and quality performance
-
Monitor outlet SOPs and outlet incentives
Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major
-
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related position

Having experience in Food & Beverage/Food Manufacture Industry

Strong leadership, planning, implementation and analytical skill

High initiative and being able to work independently

Ability to work in a fast moving environment company
